Cycling and losing weight

i know i’ve written more than a few times about cycling and weight loss, often trying to get my 6.1″ frame down to somewhere around 66kg for the hillclimbs, and moaning about how hard it is to lose 2 to 3 kg to get to racing weight.

i can’t imagine the process involved if i had to lose 26 stone. hats off (chapeau indeed) to Gary Brennan.

mind blowing. goes to show, you very rarely, if ever, see fat cyclists, and if they are a bit chubby and doing lots of cycling then they tend to not stay chubby for long.
