I’m back at work now after a lengthy hiatus. When i don’t work everything goes out of the window, i suddenly find that the lack of structure really puts paid to any sustained training and i have a tendency to eat a lot, and much more often. Now i’m back at work i am much more focused and do less, but more often. Instead of bigger ride every few days i’m riding every day. I also find it much easier to avoid grazing. Hopefully it will be just in time for the hill climbs.
